恒毅中学游泳与水球学会是由一群在游泳界内颇有成就的学生所组成的。恒中游泳与水球学会的会员只公开给在校外有参与一些大大小小的游泳锦标赛并且获得不错的成绩的学生，这意味着每一位会员都有时常参与州内、国内、甚至是国际的游泳比赛。恒中游泳与水球队虽然人数稀少，但各个都是选手中的精英。这是之所以恒毅中学游泳队常常在槟州游泳锦标赛和全马游泳锦标赛中满载而归，更在接力赛中凭着坚毅的团队精神打破无人能及纪录。
Heng Ee Swimming and Water Polo Club comprised of students who have reached certain proficiency in swimming or water polo field. This club is only open to students who have great achievement in any swimming championship. This means our club members are active in intrastate and even international competition. The members’ initiative and achievement in this field contributes to our great achievement in MSSPP and MSSM, especially when our relay team broke the MSSPP record.
